Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Coloruna is made by SEVENTYTHREE LINES DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED ("73Lines", "we", "us"), 808, The Capital 2, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@mail.coloruna.73lines.com.

2. What we collect

Your account

When you create an account we keep your email address and your name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we keep the identifier they give us for your account; for Apple we also keep a token that lets us end that sign-in with Apple when you delete your account. If you set a password, we store it only in hashed form. Anything you add to your profile, such as a photo, a short bio and your preferences, is kept with your account.

Your artwork

Your colorings and drawings are saved on your device. When you are signed in, they are also saved to your account on our servers so you can open them on your other devices. We never sell your artwork and never share it unless you export or share it yourself.

Photos and words for AI pages

When you turn a photo into a coloring page, the photo is uploaded to our servers. When you describe a page in words, the words are sent to our servers. Section 4 explains what happens to them.

Your device and app use

• Notifications: if you allow them, we store a token for your device so we can send you notifications.
• Usage and crash reports: which screens you open, which features you use, whether a purchase or an ad went through, and crash reports with your device model and system version. These are linked to your Coloruna account id, never to your email or name, and never include your artwork, photos or the words you type.
• App integrity: when you sign up or make an AI page, the app proves to our servers that it is the real Coloruna app (Firebase App Check, using Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity).
• Server logs: our servers keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, to keep the service working and secure.

Purchases

If you subscribe to Coloruna Pro, Apple or Google handles the payment. We never see your card details. We receive whether your subscription is active and your purchase history, so we can give you Pro.

3. How we use your data

• To run Coloruna: your account, signing in, saving and syncing your artwork, and making AI pages.
• To send sign-up and password-reset codes by email, and notifications if you turn them on.
• To give you Pro when you subscribe, and to count your monthly AI pages.
• To keep Coloruna safe: checking AI requests for unsafe content and stopping abuse.
• To understand how the app is used and to fix crashes.
• To show ads, as described in section 6.

We do not build profiles to sell, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. AI pages: your photos and words

• Before a page is made, your photo or words are checked for unsafe content by an automated safety service (OpenAI's moderation service) working on our behalf. A page made from words is checked again before it is saved.
• The page itself is drawn by an AI image service (Replicate) working on our behalf. It receives your photo, or your words with the style you picked, and returns the drawing.
• We keep the photo and the page made from it, and the words with the page made from them, for up to 90 days so you can open the result again. After that they are deleted automatically. If a request is refused as unsafe, we keep a record that it was refused, without the words you typed.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Please do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

5. Services that process data for us

These companies process data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. Some of them process data outside India, including in the United States.

6. Ads

Coloruna shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device advertising identifier, your IP address and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time under Profile > Ad privacy choices. On iPhone and iPad, ads are only personalized if you allow tracking. When you watch an ad to get an extra page, Google tells our servers your account id so we can add the page.

7. Where your data is stored

Our servers and database are in a DigitalOcean data center in Bangalore, India. The services in section 5 may process data in other countries. Data travels to and from our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Your choices and rights

• See and change your data: edit your profile in the app at any time.
• Delete artwork: delete any artwork in My art.
• Delete your account: in the app, or by email. See Account deletion.
• Notifications: turn them off under Profile > Notifications or in your device settings.
• Ads: change your choice under Profile > Ad privacy choices.
• Get a copy or ask a question: email privacy@mail.coloruna.73lines.com. We reply within 15 days.

Depending on where you live, the law gives you specific rights:

• India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): access, correction, erasure, nominating someone to act for you, and grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer.
• European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
• California (CCPA / CPRA): the right to know, to correct and to delete. We do not sell your personal data. Personalized ads (section 6) may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out under Profile > Ad privacy choices or with your device's ad settings.

10. Children

Coloruna is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, email privacy@mail.coloruna.73lines.comand we will delete it.

11. Security

Passwords are stored only in hashed form, all connections are encrypted, and sign-up and AI requests are only accepted from the genuine app. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to fix problems quickly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app. Continuing to use Coloruna after a change means you accept the updated policy.
