Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Coloruna is provided by SEVENTYTHREE LINES DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED ("73Lines", "we", "us"), 808, The Capital 2, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060, India.

2. The service

Coloruna lets you color pages from our library, color by number or as a mosaic, draw with brushes and paints, and make your own coloring pages from photos or words with AI. You can use parts of the app without an account; saving to your account, AI pages and some features need one.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Coloruna. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Account deletion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the AI features to make sexual, hateful, violent, unlawful or infringing images, or try to get around our safety checks.
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of other people without their consent.
• Copy, resell or redistribute our template library, or extract the app's fonts, artwork or code.
• Reverse-engineer the app, interfere with our servers, or use bots or scripts to access the service.
• Use Coloruna to break any law.

We may refuse requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your artwork and AI pages

• Your colorings and drawings are yours. You may use the pages Coloruna makes for you, including AI pages, as you like.
• So that we can run the service, you give us permission to store, process and show your content to you, and to send photos and words to the services that make and check AI pages, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that expire on schedule.
• AI pages are made automatically. They may not look exactly as you expect, and they may sometimes be refused by our safety checks or be unavailable.

6. Our app and templates

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Coloruna app and its templates, brushes and tools for your own use. The templates are made by artists and licensed to us; the license does not let you resell or redistribute the blank templates themselves.

7. Coloruna Pro

• Coloruna Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play.
• Pro unlocks every template, brush and paint, HD exports and more AI pages each month. The current allowance is shown in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Coloruna account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Prices and what Pro includes may change. Changes to price apply from your next renewal, with notice from the store.

8. Ads

Coloruna may show ads from Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving Coloruna and may add, change or remove templates, tools and features. Some features rely on outside services and may be unavailable at times. We do not promise the app will always be available or work without errors.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Coloruna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; where we can, we will tell you in advance.

11. Disclaimers

Coloruna is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Coloruna Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

14. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded Coloruna from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app. Continuing to use Coloruna after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
